Outsource
Location: MRT Thailand Cultural Centre, Onsite 100%
Experience: 1.5Years
Budget: Up to 25K
At least 1.5 years of working experience in Service Desk / IT Helpdesk / Network Engineer /Technical Support /NOC Engineer
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Telecom, Router, Switch, Firewall, Wi-fi, Network Monitoring tools (Zabbix)
Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Cloud platform, Email, Server, Storage
Experience in Ticket system for customers.
