Operations Support Monitoring Role: Ensure Seamless IT Operations

Operation Support and Monitoring team –1 position

Budget: 40,000 – 50,000 THB

Qualifications/ Responsibilities: 

 Operation Job and handle core system
Responsible for handling overall process AS400 batch EOD, EOM, EOY, transfer file operation, system performance

Monitoring everything on Production
– Server and another service that operates on production
– Everything that caused to Business can’t run as normally
– Robotic

Investigate all systems in Production
– Investigate system issues that may impact NTL services such as PCC, iDoc, DMS, EWI

• Control overall process of AS400 batch, transfer file or service operation iscomplete within target and ensure that AS400 performance is operating properly
• Monitor AS400 Batch and Escalate to related parties when havingan issue
• Monitor file transfer from AS400 to other system or party (BAY, TKS, CSP)
• Monitor system performance and Escalate to related parties when havingissue
• Perform job that request such as Restore data, Regen file
• Perform another jobthat may request support  (Auto Post, No bill to Counter Service, Blacklist from DataMart)
• Raise problemsrelated to AS400 performance to the Problem support team
• Produce Reports daily/Monthly for related parties
