Job Description: 

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and talented ODOO Developer (Python) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining ODOO ERP modules and applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and Customize ODOO Modules:  Design, develop, and customize ODOO modules using Python to meet business requirements.
– Integration:Integrate ODOO with other systems and third-party applications.
– Database Management: Ensure data integrity and optimization of ODOO databases.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ODOO-related issues.
– Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed modules and features.
– Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver seamless ERP solutions.
– Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
– Testing: Conduct unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
– Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in ODOO and Python, recommending improvements and implementing new features as needed.

Qualifications:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Experience:
– 3+ years of experience in ODOO development.
– Proven experience in Python programming.

Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in developing custom ODOO modules.
– Strong understanding of ODOO framework and architecture.
– Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
– Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
– Knowledge of API integrations and web services.

Soft Skills:
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
– Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with ODOO v14 or later.
– Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
– Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
– Experience in business process analysis and improvement.
