AVP-Business Analyst

Job Qualifications:
• Education : Master or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in statistics, mathematics, computer science) or equivalent.
• Specialized knowledge : Insurance Knowledge especially in Distribution Management and Financial for 5-7 years
• Skills : systems analysis, design techniques with special emphasis in project management, user relations, data gathering techniques, problem analysis and judgment, plan and organizing.
• Other characteristics such as personal characteristics :skilled in oral and written communication in English is preferable, Positive thinking and can-do attitude.
• Professional Certification : Project management is advantage.
• Experience : 4 to 7 years systems /business analysis or design experience is desirable.

Job Description:
• Gather and analyze requirements from users.
• Assist project management and monitor progress to meet the timeline.
• Manage vendor to deliver works/projects within the restricted time frame.
• Coordinate with vendors in system analysis, design, implementation development and enhancement on distribution channels to deliver best in Compensation/Commission Management for agency.
• To assess the suitability of systems in terms of intended outcomes and liaise with end users, software vendors and programmers in order to achieve these outcomes.
• Ability to analyze complex/new situations.
• Guides and influences higher management and team members, when issues are complex and require considerable diplomacy.
